    Join us for the kick-off to bi-monthly gatherings of advocates working with sexual assault survivors and loved ones in culturally specific communities in Washington State.

    This gathering is designed to build a network of leaders and weavers working at the intersections of social change. Join the network of people who have lived experience as members of and who are providing services within culturally specific communities across Washington State. Hear updates and share your successes and challenges with colleagues and Statewide Representative for Culturally Specific Sexual Assault Programs in Washington State. Hosted by The Ripple Project.

  • Directors' Roundtable: Leadership in Culturally Specific Communities

    Dive into an afternoon dedicated to taking time out of crisis work to recenter and build connections. You’re cordially invited to join us during this bi-monthly event tailored for directors in within culturally specific services focused on sexual assault support and prevention.

  • Manager’s Meet-up: Culturally Specific Programs

    Managers, supervisors, program directors, and associate/assistant directors in supervisory roles within culturally specific sexual assault support and prevention services are invited to participate in bi-montly virtual meet-ups hosted by the Ripple Project. • Registration is free! • Attendance earns equivalent training hours for continuing education in accordance with Sexual Assault Service Standards for Culturally Specific Services. The purpose of this gatherings is to provide a time and space to strengthen, at a statewide level, the network of people who are overseeing programs, personnel, volunteers and services within culturally specific communities across Washington State. This virtual gathering is designed to promote well-being and sustainability, nurturing a harmonious work-life equilibrium. The Managers' Meet-up is an opportunity for those in managerial roles from culturally specific organizations to come together. This group offers a supportive environment for peers to exchange thoughts, ideas, and foster collaboration toward similar goals.

  • Prevention Educators' Community Organizers Gatherings

    Come together with fellow prevention staff for an engaging series of in-person meetings to foster connections, exchange insights on prevention efforts, share valuable skills, and strengthen collaborations throughout the months of August and September.

    Details:

    • A late lunch and refreshments will be provided.

    • Registration is free for Prevention program specialists engaged within culturally specific communities.

    • Registration fee for Prevention Program Specialists in Community Sexual Assault Programs (CSAPs) or other organizations: $25.
